1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

To request a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The original tag must be attached exactly as provided.

  • The item must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, undamaged, and without makeup or marks.

  • Original packaging must be included (if applicable).

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Caps

  • Socks

  • Scarves

  • Accessories

  • Sale items

  • Limited drop items

 

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise required by UAE law.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can assist you.
